Children's Ministry
Our desire at First Baptist is to help teach children about God’s unconditional love for them through Jesus, so that they will come to know him and receive him as Savior. We encourage them to pray and read God’s word so they will learn how to live for Him daily.
We provide care for infants through Kindergarten in our nursery during Sunday morning worship service. Our ushers will be glad to show you the location of the nursery and children’s classroom.
Children of the Light meet upstairs at 9:40 a.m. before Sunday school to sing, share prayer request and have snacks. Sunday school classes combine kindergarten – 1st grade, 2nd – 3rd grade and 4th, 5th, 6th grade.
On Wednesday night R/C kids meet at 6:00 during the adult prayer meeting. We use that time for scripture memory and a Bible or mission lesson. |
